Europe Food Safety Testing Market Revenue Will Reach $5006.3 Million by 2024

Germany led the Europe food safety testing market in 2017

As per the European Commission, the food German safety testing regulations are the most stringent in all over Europe, and have been found highly effective in controlling the quality of food products, both raw and processed. The food safety regulations have gone even stricter after the dioxin chicken and egg scandal which took place as a result of animal feed, contaminated with industrial fats, in 2011. Increasing globalization, hiking export and import activities of packaged food and high reliance upon international food safety certification standards are some major factors which are propelling the market growth in the very region. Growing concerns for enhancing the quality standards of ready to eat meals, bakery, infant diet, dried processed products, canned and preserved products are expected to drive the processed industry growth in the region, hence creating a growth opportunity for the food safety and testing companies in the region. U.K follows the Germany market by holding more than 20% of the total market in 2017.
